He was very transparent from the beginning from prepping the sell of the home to what to expect the day of closing. I loved that he required minimal money and effort to prep the house on my end while hiring a professional photographer and using a marketing strategy online to get me multiple Offers to work with and get the best price for my home. All of the things he fought for during the sale to make sure I had saw the highest profit, he fought against on the purchase so I could get the best deal. He is very knowledgeable in the process as well as the area, he is ALWAYS accessible and communicates very well and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. I will not use anyone else.
